Has my order been dispatched yet?

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note: Because all our jewelry is handmade, certain pieces may require additional production time. If an item is not in stock and needs to be made, it may take up to 3–4 weeks before shipment. This ensures each piece meets our quality standards and is crafted to perfection.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Returns

All Exotvio pieces are custom-made and handcrafted to order.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Each item is thoroughly inspected for quality and craftsmanship before shipping to ensure it meets Exotvio’s high standards.

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?

We always do our best to accommodate your requests. However, once an order has been placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes or request a cancellation.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, or once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or provide a refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.
