All deposits, partial payments, and payments made toward jewelry purchases are non-refundable.

Deposits are used to secure materials, reserve production time, begin design processes, and allocate resources toward completing your order.

If a customer decides to cancel an order, changes their mind, or no longer wishes to proceed after a deposit or payment has been submitted, all deposits and payments may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

This applies to all jewelry purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Custom jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Special orders

  • In-stock jewelry requiring preparation or processing

Section 7 - Custom & Made-To-Order Jewelry

Custom jewelry pieces require dedicated craftsmanship, materials, and production time specifically for each customer.

Once a custom or made-to-order piece enters the design, sourcing, production, or manufacturing process, cancellations, refunds, or changes may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for approving all details before production begins, including:

  • Design

  • Size

  • Dimensions

  • Materials

  • Gold type

  • Gemstones

  • Diamond specifications

  • Finish

  • Engraving details

Any requested changes after approval or after production begins may require additional fees and extended production times.

Section 8 - Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. Orders generally cannot be canceled after processing has started.

A cancellation request may only be considered if submitted within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.

Approved cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees, restocking fees, or other deductions as outlined in our Refund Policy.
