Are Exotvio Miami Cuban links handmade?

Yes. Exotvio Miami Cuban chains and bracelets are traditionally handmade in Miami. Links are formed, individually soldered closed, hand-filed for shape and alignment, and polished to their final finish.

What metal is underneath the gold finish?

Our current Miami Cuban chains and bracelets use premium .999 silver as the base metal.

Are the gold-finished pieces solid gold?

No. The finished piece is not solid gold. It is a .999 silver piece finished with Exotvio’s Heavy 14K Gold Bonded process.

Does the finishing process use real 14K gold?

Yes. Our process begins with real solid 14K gold. The gold is melted and formed into the source material used in the plating bath, where a controlled electrical current transfers gold onto the surface of the handmade silver piece. Our pieces remain in this process for approximately eight hours.

How long does production take?

Each piece is made to order. Current production timing is approximately two weeks before shipping unless otherwise stated for a specific order or product.

Are the listed gram weights exact?

Weights shown for each size are approximate. Handmade production can create small variations in final weight.

How should I care for the gold finish?

What is the Exotvio Trade-Up Program?

Eligible authentic Exotvio Cuban links may be evaluated toward a higher-priced eligible Exotvio piece. Trade-in value is determined after inspection based on condition, specifications, and current value.
