Exotvio Miami Cuban chains and bracelets are handmade in Miami from .970 silver. Gold-finished pieces use real 14K gold over the silver foundation through our bonded finishing process. They are not solid gold. See Materials & Craftsmanship.

EXOTVIO One-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty

Covered for one year from delivery: verified workmanship defects in solder joints, links and clasps/locks under normal intended use. Covered issues are repaired, corrected or replaced at no charge after review/inspection. Gold bonding, gold plating and all applied gold finishes have no EXOTVIO voluntary or express finish warranty; fading, peeling, discoloration and other finish changes are not covered. Chemical damage, physical abuse, impact, excessive force and damage caused by other jewelry or outside objects are excluded. Legally required consumer rights remain available. Gold-Finish Replating & Aftercare

For eligible EXOTVIO gold-finished pieces, optional replating costs $1.40 per gram, based on verified gram weight after inspection. Any additional services or shipping charges are quoted separately for approval. Replating is paid maintenance—not part of the one-year craftsmanship warranty. Our Real 14K Gold Bonded finish begins with real solid 14K gold and is developed over a handmade .970 silver foundation. The piece remains in our finishing process for approximately eight hours. It is a gold finish over silver—not solid gold—and proper care matters.

Understand the Finish

No hidden barrier coats No copper, nickel, or lacquer under the gold finish.

Exotvio applies the gold finish over the silver foundation without copper, nickel, or lacquer barrier coats. That removes common underlying barrier-layer sources associated with green discoloration while keeping the material story straightforward and transparent.

As with any jewelry finish, individual skin chemistry, sweat, chemicals, friction, and care can still affect appearance over time.
